Mō te tūranga | About the role
We're looking for an Asphalt Paving Manager to lead the delivery of our asphalt programme across Central Otago. Paving is a key part of our business, and with a strong pipeline of work ahead this is an opportunity to make your mark and continue to shape and grow the department.
Backed by strong regional support and supported by national expertise, you'll lead established teams across paving, milling and hand-lay operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership to lead planning and delivery of asphalt paving works safely, on time, within budget, and to the standard our customers expect. You could be working across one major project or a mix of smaller jobs, coordinating site crews, plant, subcontractors, and day-to-day delivery.
At Fulton Hogan, good work is about more than the end result. It's how we show up, how we lead, and how we back each other. If you're someone who puts safety first, leads from the front, and likes building strong teams without the big ego stuff, you'll fit right in.
