What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan is looking for aGeneral Superintendentto join its team for road upgrade projects being delivered for Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV), upgrading intersections, adding extra lanes, enhancing walking and cycling facilities, and providing better connections for the community.
- Work in accordance and demonstrate commitment to the Project’s Culture & Values.
- Provide and take leadership responsibility in health, safety and environment management.
- Manage industrial relations issues and implications and develop appropriate resolutions through adept problem solving.
- Lead the charge on innovative and forward thinking construction solutions throughout the construction team.
- Guide and mentor construction teams through expert industry and technical knowledge
How you'll connect to the role:
You will bring 5+ years of co-coordinating and supervising the work across mid to large scale civil projects predominantly within the major infrastructure sector in a General Superintendent role. Your sound knowledge civil construction and excellent portfolio and track record will place you well in the team. Having strong work ethic as well as a collaborative approach and a 'can do' attitude will see you successfully deliver the scope of work on time, within budget and in a safe manner.
