The Opportunity

We are looking for a Fleet & Mobile Plant Administrator to join our Southern Region Infrastructure Services Division. Located in Dandenong, the role will see you supporting our team in the day-to-day of all Plant operations.

You will be responsible for:

• HandlingcompletesegmentsofaDepartment'sadministrativeworkunderminimalsupervision.
• Classifying, indexing, maintaining and updating both manual and electronic filing systems.
• Maintaining or assisting with accounts payable/receivable, processing orders and preparing invoices.
• Answeringincomingcalls,operatingswitchboard,faxmachineandotherelectronic/digitalofficeequipment.
• Ordering stationery, office equipment supplies, and uniforms and keeping stock records.
• Organising staff travel and accommodation
• Maintainingandorganisingtherepairofallofficemachinesandequipment.

What we need from you?

• AdvancedExcel JDE preferred
• Previous fleet/plant/asset management administrative experience
• 3 + Years experience in administration in a transport environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to proactively problem solve day to day issues
• Fluent computer/iPad skills
• Intermediate Accounts experience is highly desirable - Fuel Cards, LeasePlan etc.
• Exposure to lodgement and management of insurance claims
