We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator who is a team player to join our Sydney Airport SESAD project team. Working closely with Sydney Airport this project comprises development of six aircraft parking bays. Scope of works will also include the extension and widening of existing taxiways to make it easier to access the new parking aprons. This multi-million project is set to commence March 2023 and will provide essential infrastructure to Sydney Airport with expected growth in passengers.

- Assist with accounts payable/receivable, processing orders and preparing invoices;
- Manage various office duties including answering incoming calls, ordering stationery, office equipment supplies, and uniforms and keeping stock records;
- Maintain and organise the repair of all office machines and equipment;
- Effectively maintain all project registers and files;
- Providing general administration support to the project working groups.
How you'll connect to the role:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Site Administrator preferably having worked in a construction based environment. Your proactive attitude, ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work as part of a team or independently will set you up for success in this role. High attention to detail and a strong work ethic will enable you to efficiently deliver key outcomes for the team.
