We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services Team, based in Narangba. This role will work closely with the Management Team, providing financial and administrative support for operations.

Your Contribution:


  • Process subcontractor payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders and goods receipting
  • Process end of month requirements including but not limited to processing accruals, journals, fuel tax reporting and NGER reporting
  • Liaise with Subcontractors and Engineers in relation to contract variations
  • Complete rental applications and monitor lease renewals
  • Mentoring and development of Site Administrators



Let's Connect:



You will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, in a construction or maintenance site based environment, with a good working knowledge of forms and contracts.



In addition:

  • A Proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork;
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently;
  • Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong attention-to-detail and a focus on quality outcomes;
  • Excellent IT skills with JDE experience preferred.
