With the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Manager that will drive operational excellence and compliance within the SRAP (Sydney Road Asset Performance Contract) Network delivery team.

We are looking for a Leader and Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of 4 direct reports and a leading a wider delivery team of 20. Reporting to the Network Manager and working closely with the Senior Leadership team you will:

  • Ensure the SRAP delivery team are living and displaying Fulton Hogan REAL values.
  • Ensure all operations are undertaken in a safe, efficient, cost effective and professional manner;
  • Supervise the operations leadership team to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reactive and preventative maintenance programs, safety compliance inspections and completion records are performed and recorded appropriately;
  • Attend client meetings and build effective client relationships;
  • Ensure that production and productivity are maintained with focus on program, budget and expenditure management;
  • Monitor and build delivery partner relationships to ensure a focus on safety, quality and performance.


How you'll connect to the role:

  • Experience in a similar role within the construction infrastructure industry;
  • Proven commitment to team management and site safety;
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and a drive to build, create and produce outputs to high standards, and;
  • Be highly organised, possess strong communication skills and be able to influence a team;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills as well as asset management systems experience such as Maximo;
  • Experience within financial reporting and managing budgets;
  • Have a can do attitude and positive approach to works.


This role will be Sydney based at our Rydalmere depot, You will work cooperatively with the SRAP management team and our wider Infrastructure services, Construction and Utilities businesses .
