Our Opportunity

Fulton Hogan is currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate Quality Engineer to join the Infrastructure Services Team based in Hazelmere on a permanent basis.



You will report to the Technical Manager and will focus on the following:

  • Ensure that Safety and Environmental risks are identified and follow documented processes as such as SWMS ;
  • Perform and monitor compliance laboratory testing for relevant samples;
  • Analyse test data and corrective action to prevent non-conforming products;
  • Ensure products are made within relevant specifications in accordance with the daily schedule;
  • Oversee QA to ensure the best quality product is delivered to customers;
  • Understand test methods, procedures and specifications. Record, report and data/process control
  • Report incidents, non-conformances and near misses.

To be successful in this position, you will have completed a relevant Tertiary Qualification, and have a strong desire to learn to become a subject matter expert within our Fulton Hogan business. You will be able to build strong relationships, whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment. You will be resilient, eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative.

This role will see you gain skills and experience in whilst leading a culture of safety and productivity, and is a key entry role into the professional Technical Stream of Engineering and Product Development.
