Our Opportunity

For our Cocos (Keeling) Islands Airfield Upgrade Project, we are seeking an experienced Package Manager to manage the Wharf and Camp packages during construction as part of our Managing Contractor team.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager and responsible, you will ensure project operations are in accordance with our systems and contractual obligations, and that key milestones are delivered on time and within budget.

This project will see you make a significant contribution to both the community and infrastructure, and will be based in Perth, with frequent travel to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands until mobilisation to site.

Let's Connect

We're seeking strong demonstrated experience in subcontractor focussed project management and delivery, with relevant Engineering qualifications. You will have a sound understanding of Defence contracts and experience working in a remote environment where you will be accountable and responsible for a significant package of contract works. You will have an innate ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, be able to support, mentor and effectively lead a project team and subcontractors to strong delivery, and promote a positive workplace culture based on trust, respect, and high performance.
