What's on offer:

We are seeking experienced Spray Seal Foreman to support us in our delivery of various surfacing packages across projects within South-East Queensland region. Based in Narangba, you'll be a motivating leader, who can support and empower spray seal crews, whilst ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule, in the planning and execution of work.

How you'll connect to the role:

• Proven technical knowledge and track record of delivering Spray Seal projects.
• Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
• The ability to positively influence and lead a team.
• A proven commitment to site safety.
• Computer literacy with demonstrated ability to complete reports in a timely manner
