What's on offer?
We're looking for a full-time Tender Submissions Coordinator to join our tendering team ideally working out of our Campbelltown Office however options to work out of either the Dapto or Thornton Office may be available for the right candidate. This is a fast-paced and diverse role that will have you working closely with the Pre-Contracts Manager to coordinate and respond to ROIs/EOIs/RFTs, for our Eastern Region (NSW) Infrastructure Services business.

This is an excellent time to join our team as we are actively pursuing a diverse range of opportunities.

Utilising your previous experience working in and around tenders/bids, you will successfully coordinate submission responses in a timely manner. You will develop Microsoft Word templates and set up tender response documentation, including:

  • Taking ownership of and managing the end to end tender process including identifying opportunities, preparing responses, submitting proposals and post tender debriefs.
  • Maintaining the tender database
  • Liaising with Divisional Managers, Estimators and Submission Coordinators to deliver high quality, project specific responses for relevant departments
  • Producing and updating project sheets and curriculum vitae documentation
  • Formatting of documents to a high standard in both Word and design packages.
  • Creating graphics that are consistent with our branding requirements
  • Maintaining an organised folder system.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement & streamlining of processes and procedures.
  • Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders


Advanced level knowledge of Office 365, Adobe suite (including design packages), along with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, will set you up for success.
