What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan Construction (FHC) is recruiting for a 12-month max term contract for a Business Analyst, supporting our digital transformation journey and the rollout of a new cloud-based Project Management and Collaboration Platform across our diverse projects. Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, you'll work closely with the Project Manager to bridge business and technology, delivering smart, practical solutions for our construction operations. What will you be responsible for?
- Facilitating and documenting project workshops, both on site and online.
- Acting as the go-to support expert for Autodesk Construction Cloud Build, guiding project teams through discovery, adoption and troubleshooting.
- Collecting and analysing data to measure project impact and support informed, data-driven decisions.
- Helping align solutions and processes across projects and regions, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Working independently while collaborating closely with the Project Manager and under Fulton Hogan's guidance.
- Supporting all project implementation phases: Discovery, Configuration, Uset testing, and Go-Live.
How you'll connect to the role
We're seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience in the construction and engineering sector. You'll be comfortable navigating and optimising digital platforms such as ACC Build, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Salesforce. Your strong communication skills mean you can connect with stakeholders at every level, fostering genuine engagement across the business.
You have an ability to identify areas to streamline processes and drive efficiency, and your analytical approach turns data into practical, and actionable insights. You take pride in keeping documentation clear and everyone informed, managing risks and minimising confusion along the way.
