Our Infrastructure Services business in Mackay is recruiting now! We have multiple opportunities for full-time Crew Members to join our growing asphalt business.

In this position you will work as part of a team performing bitumen surfacing and road pavement construction works on key projects across Northern Queensland. This will include but is not limited to: Asphalt surfacing and spray seal.

What we need from you?

• Have a construction induction card (White Card).
• Ideally be competent in 2-3 but not all, paver operations, buggy operator, level hand lead, roller operator, skid steer operator, QA, or other construction plant.
• Possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and respect.
• Be a strong team player, reliable and hard-working.
• Be available for work away from home, weekend work and work overtime as required.
• Desirable but not essential: hold current MC licence and licence(s) on mobile plant, eg: roller, skid steer, or front-end loader.
