* Support the ongoing development and implementation of HSEQ reporting software and digital solutions, including stakeholder consultation, training and rollout.
* Coordinate HSEQ performance data and support accurate dashboards and monthly Board reporting.
* Provide guidance, training and support across the HSEQ Management System, with a particular focus on developing and supporting the HSEQ Systems Coordinators.

* Support client pre-qualifications, tender submissions and other business requirements.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and improve management systems while balancing compliance requirements with practical operational needs.
* Strong digital capability and demonstrated experience using and administering web-based HSEQ or business systems.
* A genuine interest in technology, data and using software to improve HSEQ performance, reporting and user experience.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with operational and HSEQ teams across multiple sites and states.
* Lead Auditor training and/or a relevant tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence and dashboard tools will be highly regarded but is not essential.
* Strong alignment with our values of Care, Integrity and Excellence.
