About the role:
* Forget those tedious textbooks, you'll immerse yourself in hands-on work experience, solving live construction problems whilst getting exposure to specific areas related to your degree
* Work on a consistent basis, not just vacation work
* Exposure to a variety of projects such as Tonkin Extension Alliance, Reid Highway Interchanges, Ground Transport Consolidation Project (Perth Airport), Alkimos Pipeline Alliance, Fiona Stanley Hospital Carpark and Ocean Reef Marina
* Receive mentoring from experienced senior leaders and access to a peer support network where you can connect with other cadets and graduates
* Participate in in-house training programs
* A fun and supportive work environment with a team who know how to work hard but have a little extra life in their work-life balance
* Choose from mid-year (July) or end-of-year (December) intake
Enough about us, we want to know who you are:
* You must be currently completing a Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree
* You're inspired by our values of care, integrity and excellence - you want to be part of the 'best people to work with'
* You are available full time starting in your July or December 2026 semester break and can commit to a minimum of 1 day a week (trust us, you'll want to work more though)
* You're on the home stretch and have a minimum of 1 year left of studies as of your start date
* You have a thirst for knowledge and you're keen to embrace Georgiou's culture
