Head of Consulting – Global (Location Flexible)

We’re now seeking a Head of Consulting to lead, scale, and strengthen our global HR Consulting practice. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

About the role
As Head of Consulting, you will lead the commercial performance, delivery excellence, and strategic growth of Globe 24-7’s HR Consulting offering. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior leaders to design solutions, win work, and deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, global engagements.
 
This role is suited to a commercially minded consulting leader who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and is motivated by building something scalable, credible, and impactful.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow the HR Consulting P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and delivery targets are met.
• Scope complex client challenges, design solutions, and lead proposal development to win work.
• Set consulting delivery standards to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on margin.
• Shape and execute the consulting growth strategy, including new services, markets, and delivery models.
• Lead and support multi-disciplinary consulting teams and external partners across regions.
• Partner with the CEO, SLT, and Business Development teams to align consulting strategy with business plans.

  What you’ll bring

• Proven experience leading commercial performance in an HR or people consulting environment.
• Demonstrated success owning and growing a consulting P&L.
• Strong familiarity with scoping solutions and delivering complex consulting engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of margin, risk, and delivery trade-offs.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, ideally within mining or resources.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused leadership style with the confidence to operate in ambiguity.
