Role Details:
Reporting to the Manager: Mining, you will be responsible for providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support to the Mining Department

This is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off roster and is Residential to Kambalda/Kalgoorlie.

Duties of the role:
- Be organized and prepared to undertake all assigned tasks by the Supervisor
- Hand overs and technical support to be shown to the team
- Provide support to optimise the team’s capacity to meet business requirements by managing the department roster, leave, flight and accommodation requirements
- Demonstration of excellent data entry and attention to detail on reports, system updates and schedules
- Assist the HR department with the on-boarding process
- Document and record keeping for the department.
About You:
You will have:
- Experience in a mine-based office administrative role
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in using SAP, Inflight and InControl
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Valid manual driver’s licence
