The Opportunity:

As Supervisor Projects, you’ll lead and coordinate capital infrastructure projects across underground and surface operations at our owner-operated St Ives Gold Mine.

Your scope will include construction, installation, repair, improvement, decommissioning, and demolition of facilities and associated infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical capability, safety focus, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders will directly contribute to safe and successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare technical report compilation including preparation of engineering drawings packs, ability to interpret drawings, preparation of contractor’s work pack, detailed job plans, ITR, ITP, CCC, and general project progress reporting
• Budget and forecast expenditure and analyse project risks and opportunities
• Scope and generate project schedules, and actively track projects to ensure completion within set time frames

What You’ll Bring

• Teritary qualifications in engineering /trade qualification, and/or project management is desirable
• Underground mining experience
• Statutory S26 Supervisor Certificate
• Experience delivering capital and construction projects in a mining environment
• Construction experience including crane operations, concrete works, excavation/dig, and general construction activities

• Manage projects from concept through to completion
• A growth mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and contractors
