The Opportunity:

Newly created back-to-back role reporting to the Geology Superintendent, supporting and supervising field exploration and core yard operations with a focus on drilling, sampling and QA/QC.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the Geological Assistants team
• Plan, schedule and prioritise tasks across core sheds and remote drill sites
• Ensure training, safety, QA/QC compliance and environmental standards are met
• Support exploration programs, sample submissions and consumables management

What You’ll Bring

• Manual Driver’s Licence (HR/MR Licence highly regarded)
• A Forklift Licence
• Proven experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of core farm operations and exploration drilling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A high commitment to safety standards and leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary environment
