The Opportunity:

As the Condition Monitoring Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing and embedding a proactive condition monitoring program that supports safe, reliable, and efficient processing plant operations.

Working with a supportive leadership team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, mentoring your crew and ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Leading and supervising crews to deliver safe and efficient shift outcomes
  • Planning and supervising operations, addressing technical issues and improvement opportunities
  • Undertake all work in a safe and efficient manner, in line with statutory requirements and Gold Fields policies and procedures
  • Develop and continuously improve the Condition Monitoring program, complementing proactive maintenance plans, tactics, and safe work instructions

About the Role:

  • Proven supervisory experience in the resources sector
  • Experience in Working with a supportive leadership team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily ConMon activities, mentoring your crew and ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard within mineral processing environments
  • Strong Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate crews
  • WA Statutory Supervisor’s certificate
  • Valid manual C class Driver’s licence
