The Opportunity:
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality geotechnical support that drives safe, efficient, and cost-effective mining.
Your expertise will help the operation meet production targets while ensuring compliance with all statutory, site, and environmental standards.

What You’ll Do
- Execute daily geotechnical duties: review plans and designs, inspect and collect data, monitor conditions, and perform analyses.
- Provide recommendations, manage QA/QC, and support paste fill design.
- Contribute to short-, medium-, and long-term projects, ensuring geotechnical risks are identified, assessed, and effectively controlled
- Collect and analyse geotechnical parameters
- Role-model our core values and foster a culture where all team members feel recognised, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, Geological Engineering or Geology with Post Graduate qualifications in Geomechanics
- Displayed experience in underground geotechnical engineering
- Show us how to utilise Microsoft Office and mining software such as Deswik, Datamine, RocScience, Map3D
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
