Delivering a different kind of service
GRV are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver professional, timely, and friendly service to a broad range of internal and external customers.
We have one full-time, ongoing opportunity to work between our West Melbourne office and home (as hybrid working is our norm).
Do you have a knack for building relationships, solving problems, and juggling tasks?
Perfect! While we're not a call centre, those skills will help you build genuine relationships with customers as you answer their questions by phone or email, troubleshoot problems, and work through various processes.
Your proven administration skills will come in handy when registering owners/trainers/greyhounds, generating reports, and contributing to training material and procedures.
As this is a front of house role, you'll also greet and announce visitors, help with incoming and outgoing mail, and transfer calls that come through our switchboard.
Let's talk benefits!
When you join our team, you become part of something bigger as we're all here to make a positive difference and have fun along the way.
We'll provide you with interesting and rewarding work, alongside ongoing professional development, and work-life balance.
We support our people with access to free and confidential counselling, dress for your day, and dog friendly workplaces.
