Product Line Manager - Standing Support

About the Role:

Based at Heatherbrae and reporting to the Head of Injection Chemicals, the Product Line Manager -Standing Support is responsible for driving the value, performance, and continuous improvement of our (PCB) system. This role provides technical expertise to clients and site operations, oversees product knowledge and installation quality, supports market growth, and identifies new product development opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and client operations, the position ensures safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of standing support solutions across underground mining environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical expertise on the Standing Support (PCB) system, including installation methods, training, and product optimisation.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication, system performance support, and identification of new opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance through auditing, quality management, and market intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support product‑to‑market activities, including assisting with quotes, stock management, and implementing product plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant mining regulations, site entry requirements, and safety standards through inspections and audits.
  • Build and maintain supplier partnerships to support demand fulfilment and strengthen the broader Ground Support supply chain.

About You:

You’re a confident mining professional who knows how to turn technical expertise into real value on site. You bring hands‑on underground coal experience and a solid grasp of geotechnical concepts, allowing you to quickly understand complex systems and support clients with clarity and impact.

You’re someone who builds trust quickly with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams and you know how to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively. Your strong business acumen helps you identify opportunities, support sales processes, and contribute to product development and continuous improvement.

You’re proactive, independent, and thrive in environments where safety, quality, and precision matter. Whether it’s training crews, auditing installations, or troubleshooting on the ground, you take ownership and deliver with professionalism.
