About this role

As the AI Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creative production and output that powers our ability to efficiently acquire users through paid social. Reporting to the Growth Lead, you will own a high-output creative production engine that drives strategy, execution, and optimisation across social-first acquisition channels, with a focus on scaling creative volume and performance. You will combine performance marketing, creative strategy, and production to build a system designed for speed, scale, and iteration. This role shifts acquisition from channel management to creative systems, where success is driven by the volume, quality, and velocity of ad creative. You will be a key driver in achieving growth targets, working cross-functionally to translate insights into assets, and assets into measurable acquisition outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity where you’re able to utilise the most disruptive technology in performance marketing and will be given the reigns to create your vision for a world class production engine.

Key deliverables

  • Creative-Led Acquisition Strategy and Planning Develop and execute acquisition strategies that prioritise creative output as the primary growth lever. Define clear targets, KPIs, and budgets across channels, with a focus on scaling creative volume, speed, and efficiency.
  • Creative System Development Build and implement a modular creative framework. Structure ads into repeatable components (e.g. hooks, messaging, product, calls to action) and enable systematic production, testing, and iteration at scale.
  • Campaign Development and Execution Lead the development and execution of data-driven campaigns. Ensure effective targeting, messaging, and creative output across all channels, with a focus on continuous production and rapid iteration rather than one-off campaigns.
  • Testing and Experimentation Establish a rigorous testing framework for creative. Run high-frequency experiments, analyse performance, and iterate on promising concepts. Drive a culture of continuous experimentation and learning.
  • AI-Driven Creative Optimisation Leverage AI tools to enhance creative production, including generating visuals, voiceovers, and variations. Use AI to accelerate workflows, improve performance, and scale iteration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Analytics, Design, and Marketing teams to align acquisition efforts with product roadmap, user experience, and broader marketing initiatives.
