About this role

The Senior Brand Designer, alongside the Principal Brand Designer, is responsible for shaping and elevating the visual identity of the brand - in concept and delivery - across all touchpoints. This role involves hands-on design execution spanning layout, concept development, visual systems, templating, toolkit creation and detailed craft. It also requires strategic thinking to ensure that every piece of communication across EDMs, social media, performance marketing, ATL campaigns, and other brand touchpoints reflect the brand’s vision, personality, and standards.

Working within the marketing team, and alongside the product team, the Senior Brand Designer leads key creative projects, drives brand consistency and contributes to the evolution of the brand.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Work alongside the Principal Brand Designer to maintain and evolve the brand identity, including logos, typography, colour systems, imagery and overall visual expression
  • Design high-quality visual assets for campaigns, digital platforms, print materials and social content
  • Partner closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all design work aligns with brand and business objectives
  • Own projects end-to-end from concept through execution, delivering work that meets timelines, briefs and quality standards
  • Develop creative concepts and contribute to the brand’s storytelling and strategic direction
    Provide feedback, support and creative guidance to junior/mid-level designers to uphold a high standard of design
  • Present design concepts and clearly communicate the reasoning behind visual decisions to stakeholders
    Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and ensure execution aligns with established brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while navigating shifting priorities and deadlines

A bit about you

  • Strong brand design experience shaping and evolving visual identities across digital, social, print and campaign touchpoints
  • Hands-on design craft with a sharp eye for detail, layout, visual systems and high-quality execution
  • Previous experience in an agency capacity and strong concept development skills
  • Extensive experience with using Figma
  • Conceptual and strategic thinking to translate brand vision and business objectives into compelling creative work
  • End-to-end project ownership, confidently managing multiple briefs, timelines and stakeholders
  • Collaborative leadership skills, partnering with marketing and product teams
