We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Cannon Hill.
This is a key support role responsible for reporting, invoicing, document control, compliance administration, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy service delivery team. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, producing quality reports, supporting invoicing processes, and ensuring documentation is managed to a high standard.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys working autonomously, and has a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain customer and operational reports
- Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and administration activities
- Maintain document control systems and accurate records
- Support compliance and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate and update operational documentation and procedures
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers regarding reporting and administrative matters
- Assist with process improvements and administrative efficiencies
- Provide general administration support to the broader team as required
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience managing invoicing and purchase orders
- Demonstrated document control or records management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support others
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable
- Experience within facilities management, service operations, maintenance, or similar environments
- Exposure to compliance, quality assurance, health and safety, or audit processes
- Experience maintaining licences, certifications, or compliance documentation
- Process-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience working with reporting systems or operational databases
