The Field Service Technician will provide commissioning support and assist project team members in delivery of security projects, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising commissioning time by providing exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Commissioning of Honeywell and third party equipment
Configuring diagnoses faults, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. BMS, HVAC and third-party system integrations)
Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required
Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the project business and customers (existing and new)
Liaise with installers, subcontractors and other trade partners for the effective completion of

Requirements

2+ years experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems
Configuration diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. BMS, HVAC and third-party system integrations)
Tridium BMS software experience highly regarded
Need to be able to obtain NV1 clearance, as such only Australian citizens will be considered
Ability to travel, including some interstate
