Service Technician - Building Management Systems (BMS)

As a Service Technician - Building Management Systems (BMS), you will join the Building Automation Total Asset Management (TAM) team.

Reporting to the Technical Facilities Supervisor, your focus will be on maintaining, troubleshooting and optimising BMS and HVAC control systems to deliver reliable, efficient outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Service, configure and maintain Honeywell and third-party BMS and HVAC control systems.
Perform fault finding, diagnostics and system optimisation using software and field-based tools.
Work with industry-standard protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
Identify and implement system improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency and performance.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions within agreed budgets and timeframes.
Collaborate with Honeywell teams, subcontractors and other trades to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Prepare service reports, recommendations and quotations for additional works.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, hazard identification and risk management.

About You

Proven experience with BMS, HVAC controls or building automation systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and quality outcomes.
Sound knowledge of HSE practices.
Restricted Electrical Licence (Instrumentation & Process Control preferred).
Open Cabling Licence (advantageous).
Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
