We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Supervisor with a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation, or industrial automation. This role will lead the ANZ sales team, drive account growth, expand channel partnerships, and support customers across the building and industrial automation segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Management- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing ANZ sales team.
- Drive quarterly and annual sales targets through structured planning and execution.
- Conduct pipeline reviews, customer visit planning, and forecast accuracy improvement.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability uplift of the team.
- Manage key accounts across the ANZ region with a focus on BMS, building automation, and industrial clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships and increase solution adoption.
- Lead customer presentations, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience through proactive engagement.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, system integrators, and distributors.
- Expand market presence in BMS, HVAC controls, energy efficiency, and smart building technologies.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive demand-generation activities.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide input on product improvements based on customer and market insights.
- Track and report sales performance, KPIs, and market forecasts to leadership.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Experience- Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in BMS / building automation / industrial automation sales.
- Proven experience in a sales supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong background in account management, solution selling, and channel development.
- Experience managing ANZ or multi‑region customers preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% across Australia and New Zealand.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline (preferred).
- Additional certifications in sales leadership, automation, or building technologies are an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
- Customer‑centric and solutions‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
- High commercial acumen and analytical skills.
