About the role

As Communications & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll provide hands-on support across a wide range of communications and marketing activities. You’ll help bring campaigns to life, keep our channels moving, and ensure plans are delivered smoothly and on time. This is a practical, varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activity, managing details, and working as part of a creative team.

Salary from $93,000 plus super

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of communications and marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Creating engaging content for a range of internal and external channels.

  • Managing and updating content calendars, websites and internal channels.

  • Assisting with events and campaign logistics.

  • Coordinating filming licence requests and supporting multimedia activity.

  • Working collaboratively across the team to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement.

About you

You’re organised, proactive and enjoy working across a range of tasks at once. You have a good eye for detail and a genuine interest in communications, marketing and storytelling. You’re comfortable working with stakeholders and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

Skills & experience

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline OR

  • Experience in a communications, marketing or administration/coordinator role

  • Experience managing digital channels or the ability to acquire it

  • Experience in graphic design and/or end-to-end production of video (desirable)
