Skills& experience
- Significant experience in strategic HR business partnering or senior advisory roles within complex operational environments (exposure to industrial environments and/or regional workforces will be highly regarded);
- Strong demonstrated experience developing and implementing people initiatives and providing strategic advice to senior leaders
- Commercial acumen with ability to understand business drivers and translate into people solutions;
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to mobilise and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned programs of work;
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity (and coach others to do the same)
