Salary range $138,545 – $187,455 plus super

About You:

Your acumen for all things commercial and your ability to evaluate the ‘big picture’ is vital to your success in this role. Your experience will include:

• Background in a strategic or strategy-focussed role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated, detail-oriented, analytical and problem solving ability
• Contract negotiations experience desirable

About the role:

This role presents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of and help Hydro Tasmania drive Australia’s energy transformation. Within this role you will be responsible for identifying marketing opportunities for how we can influence market design as well as evaluating the way we manage our portfolio to take advantage of market opportunities. Through leading and being actively involved in commercial interactions with counterparties in Tasmania as well as across Australia (related to our retail endeavours), you will have the chance to build this role as your own and influence decisions regarding commercial operations at Hydro Tasmania.
