Salary range $89,558 – $110,146 plus super.

Who are you?

You’re a Certified Document Controller (Consepsys certified or equivalent) with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing your career in document control. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with project teams to drive new approaches for managing asset systems and information. You’re skilled in handling project documents and drawings with precision and are highly proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar software. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you’re ready to make an impact and grow into a seasoned document control professional.

About the role:

To put it simply… you ensure all our asset information and project documentation is managed and available as needed. This will involve administering document support for teams working on hydropower assets that have been operating for over 100 years!

As a Document Controller, you will be…

✓ Quality checking of documentation numbering, revision, status, format, and title, ensuring documents have followed the verification and approval procedures,

✓ Gathering inform of project teams while promoting and delivering new ways of working for asset management systems.

✓ Auditing documents for required attributes ensuring consistency with Functional Location Codes.

✓ Ensuring OEM suppliers have submitted documentation to ensure correct level of standards are upheld and followed.

✓ Administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) including adding new users, managing folder structures, permissions and configuring workflows.
