About the role
As an Information Officer, you’ll deliver high-quality information management services and user support across Hydro Tasmania. Working closely with the Service Desk Lead, you’ll assist with planning, training, and implementing initiatives that improve access to information and streamline processes.
Salary range $93,140 – $114,552 plus super

Key responsibilities
- Deliver user support and training for EDMS.
- Manage archives, libraries, and classification schemes.
- Administer EDMS folders, permissions, and security profiles.
- Provide Service Centre support and resolve system issues.
- Assist with testing and configuration of IM systems

Skills & experience
- Significant experience in in records or information management.
- Experience with electronic systems such as OpenText and SharePoint.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
- Strong communication skills and can work cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- A Diploma in Records Management is highly desirable.
