Salary ranges from $117,986 to $163,308 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of major refurbishment, upgrade and modernisation projects across critical assets.
- Own scopes, specs and designs that drive quality and technical clarity.
- Spot risks early and put strong technical and safety controls in place.
- Drive the full engineering lifecycle, from concept to commissioning to close‑out.

Skills & experience
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with hydropower, rotating plant or refurbishment work.
- Strong capability in design, specification and problem solving.
- Proven experience with HV equipment or control systems.
- Ability to manage engineering lifecycle for complex projects.
- Confident communicating technical advice to diverse stakeholders.
- Background in onsite activities such as testing or commissioning.
