The IGO Graduate Program is 2 years in length, 3 years for Mining Engineers, and is designed to educate, challenge and reward graduates in a work environment that will foster and develop you into a future leader and technical expert. Graduates assume real roles with real on-the-job responsibilities and work to investigate and solve real business issues.

To be eligible to apply:

• Students must hold working rights in Australia
• Have graduated, or are graduating in 2022, with a degree in one of the following:
  • Mining Engineering
  • Metallurgy
  • Geology
  • Geotechnical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Environment
  • Occupational Health & Safety
• Be available to start in February 2023
• Agree to a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol Testing
• Provide a National Police Clearance
• Be vaccinated from COVID-19 including a third vaccination
