YOUR OPPORTUNITY
IGO are offering a newly created role within the Finance team, supporting the Investor Relations function. Reporting to the Investor and Media Relations Manager, the successful candidate will support IGO’s engagement with shareholders and the broader financial market and will be primarily involved with supporting the planning and execution of all investor engagement activities, as well as supporting the Finance team with market analysis.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting with the preparation of key corporate materials including investor presentations, ASX announcements and financial results;
- Conducting market and industry research and the production of internal reports;
- Assisting with the preparation of reports including the Annual Report & Sustainability Report;
- Supporting and assisting with the coordination and execution of key investor relations events and activities including roadshows, conferences, strategy days and site visits
- Maintaining the investor relations database including an archive of broker research; and,
- Assisting with the maintenance of the IR database.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to enter or expand their existing career in Investor Relations. Applications from recent university graduates or candidates with 1 – 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Along with an energetic, pro-active attitude, you will be a strong team player and have the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, business or communication
- Experience working in an Investor Relations capacity within an ASX listed organisation is desired;
- Interest in the mining industry and sustainability;
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills;
- Superior communication and relationship building skills;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word;
- A high level of attention to detail; and,
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last three months.

This is a full time role, however candidates seeking a part-time role will also be considered.
