Roster: 5:2, fixed term full-time with the possibility to be permanent

Location: South Perth Corporate Office with WFH options and occasional site travel

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

IGO is a growing mining and exploration company with 3 operational mines, a 170-person corporate office and an exploration team working across Australia in regional and remote settings.

We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking, and enthusiastic Senior Contracts Advisor to drive risk adjusted value to IGO operations and projects.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and demonstrate your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as you build positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will take the lead for assigned tenders and negotiations, from mid to complex agreements, in our operational and project spaces.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

We are on the hunt for highly motivated and team orientated individual who:

• Has relevant experience within procurement and contracts roles, in the mining industry;
• Get's a kick out of understanding the principles and practice of commercial negotiation;
• Is keen to develop into leadership role;
• Thrives on the opportunity to take ownership and lead critical functions within the team;
• Has experience in the use of contractual documentation in wide range of mining related operational and project type contracts.
• Possesses strong analytical skills to concisely present historical contractor spend data, in addition to the evaluation of complex commercial proposals from service providers and suppliers;
• Degree in relevant field such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Business or Law;
• Is highly developed in their literacy, numeracy and communication skills; and
