YOUR OPPORTUNITY
These roles do not present often! We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team at an exciting time of growth at IGO.
We are better together; you will ensure that the tasks associated with the front desk are actioned efficiently, whilst being the first point of contact at the Site Administration building. You will have a high customer service focus, providing effective administrative support to visitors, Management team and site-based personnel.
Key accountabilities will also include:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls;
- Manage the shared Administration and Travel email accounts;
- Coordinate all Site Access through travel and accommodation bookings using INX InFlight and maximising room availability;
- Book and communicate flight details including reporting and disseminating flight manifests;
- Check in all personnel at Site airport for all outgoing flights, ensuring compliance in baggage load and weights;
- Word processing duties such as formatting or modifying letters, memorandums and printing reports as required;
- Maintain printer room and office supply stocks and complete stationary orders; and
- Establish and maintain effective lines of communication, collaborating with other IGO personnel within the immediate team and across the business.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
Along with your expectational customer service focus capabilities, friendly and professional approach, you will also have the following:
- Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within a mining or fast paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to engage at all levels;
- Self-motivated and well organised to ensure the timely delivery of projects and tasks assigned to the role;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and INX desirable, however, we will train;
- Valid ‘C’ class manual drivers’ licence, and
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months.
