YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Exciting things are happening at IGO, including the development of the Odysseus Underground Nickel Mine at our Cosmos Nickel Operation based near Leinster in Western Australia. Once in production, Odysseus will deliver high quality nickel concentrates into the global nickel market which is growing rapidly driven by demand for nickel rich lithium-ion batteries.

You will be the driving force to lead and develop an electrical maintenance team and contractors in a cost effective and efficient manner, ensuring awareness of performance targets, access to the necessary tools to achieve these and that their activities are aligned with our operational targets.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced leader with:
- A recognised Electrical Trade qualification;
- Has led high performing teams;
- Experience in fixed plant underground and surface mining environment;
- Excellence in championing environmental outcomes and actively making a difference;
- Passion for developing their people;
- Knowledge and application of statutory compliances - WHS Act 2020 and the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022
- Possesses a high level of computer literacy and the ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively;
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months; and,
- Current ‘C’ Class Manual Driver’s Licence;
