Short Description:
In the role of a Microsoft Full Stack developer, you will be expected to develop, and maintain web applications using modern framework and technologies. This role will interface with client and will involve design, development and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Implement backend services and business logic using ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
- Design and develop dynamic, responsive web applications using Angular or ReactJS.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures using SQL Server.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features..
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Full stack Developer.
- Strong backend development using ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
- Proficiency in Angular (v8+) or ReactJS.
- Experience with SQL Server – including writing complex queries and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience working in Agile teams and using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Version control knowledge (Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos).
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with AWS, Azure and/or VMware.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred:
- Customers handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
- Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
- Analytical skills to interpret IT user requests and understand end user requirements.
- Capability to work with people in different time zones
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
- Solid knowledge of the IT Service Management framework, practices, and process experience in Information Technology.
- Service Delivery tasks like, reporting, customer relationship, SLA management etc.
