The Opportunity

We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our Metro North West Team in Victoria. With your expertise, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of field staff across several projects in the water or wastewater space. Your strength will lie in your ability to draw on relevant project experience, understanding of relevant standards and identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact project delivery. You are a problem solver and you will have a knack for building lasting relationships with field crews, project teams and the customer.

The position is further supported by our talented team of people including Project Engineers, Project Managers, Coordinators and Administrators.

You will bring:

• Experience in water main renewals and capital projects undertaken to WSAA and/or MRWA standards OR experience in pipeline relining technologies (spiral wound PVC and/or CIPP) is desirable but not essential
• Experience in recruiting and managing self-performing teams with the ability to identify, proactively manage and increase skills of existing and new field staff
• Experience supervising and managing subcontractors
• Experience in planning onsite works including people, plant, equipment, subcontractors and materials
• The ability to work on sites across the Melbourne Metro and Western Melbourne areas
