The Opportunity

As the Project Manager you will manage the entire project scope and lifecycle including clients and resources (people, budget and assets) from project planning to delivery. Utilising your project management knowledge, methods and tools, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all construction activities, facilitating site and client meetings and supervising and coordinating all resources. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position is further supported by a great team of people including Project Engineers, Supervisors and our wonderful Field Crew. People are important to us, so all our team members are Interflow employees, we don’t outsource.

You will enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team and get a kick out of delivering projects that exceed customer expectation. You will have a knack for engaging with clients by developing trusting, long term business relationships while seamlessly coordinating civil projects across water infrastructure of all sizes and scales. You are contractually savvy, with a great eye for detail and can demonstrate a track record of successful project deliveries by managing all aspects of projects on time and within budget. This role is based out of Girraween (Western Sydney).

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience within a Project Manager / Leadership position
  • Vast experience working within the water industry, civil construction or utilities / infrastructure environment
  • Qualified Engineer (B.Eng - Civil or Mech)
