The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Office Administrator to join the team. Based in Girraween (Western Sydney) your core focus will be to provide administrative support to our operations division. Main Duties include:
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems
- Timesheet entry for field crew members
- General administration such as report generation, typing correspondence, preparing, and processing invoices, processing orders, etc
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent data entry skills and attention detail
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
