The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Finance Administrator to support our Finance Partnering and Planning team. Reporting to the Finance and Partnering Manager, you’ll help keep our financial and administrative processes accurate, compliant and running smoothly. With your proven expertise, you will prepare monthly financial summaries, manage contract documentation, support corporate travel processes and training, and coordinate purchase orders and invoices. You’ll also be playing a key role in maintaining supplier governance records.
Your strength lies in staying organised, managing competing priorities and supporting teams with clear, reliable communication. This is a permanent part time position that can be worked across school hours.
You will bring:
- Certificate III in Financial Services or relevant finance/administration qualification (or HSC equivalent).
- Experience in finance or office administration, with strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- High ethical standards, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a small team.
- Competence with MS Office, Excel and SharePoint.
