In this critical role, you will champion the full product journey for our advice offerings and core strategic projects. From early discovery and design through to launch and ongoing expansion, you will lead the charge in delivering impact. Serving as a vital connector, you will align intricate advisory needs with our technical roadmap to drive superior business results, ensuring our software remains the benchmark for scalability and compliance in the global financial sector.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in

  • Lead the advancement of our primary software platform Xplan by discovering and advocating for sophisticated features that address intricate workflow challenges and system constraints. You will guide the transformation of new concepts into validated, market-ready solutions, ensuring our technology stays at the forefront of industry trends and regulatory changes.

  • Own the entire innovation lifecycle from deep discovery and hypothesis validation to commercial launch and ongoing refinement. You will shape our product roadmap by championing strategic initiatives that support long-term platform objectives over simple, incremental updates.

  • Strategic Optimisation: Oversee the exploration and delivery of platform-wide improvements to guarantee our products are scalable, dependable, and high-performing. You will define the value of internal enhancements, verify their success, and manage their seamless integration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment between Engineering, Customer, Distribution, Marketing, and Compliance/Legal teams, serving as the essential link to ensure our innovation efforts are technically sound, operationally ready, and commercially impactful.

What you will bring

  • Extensive leadership experience in product management, specifically within sophisticated wealth technology or advisory platforms, where you have delivered a clear history of success.

  • Comprehensive mastery of the Australian financial landscape, including advice frameworks and fintech trends. You possess the authority to serve as an expert on evolving market shifts and regulatory standards.

  • Extensive background in guiding the entire innovation journey—from initial conceptualization to full commercial scale—encompassing go-to-market execution and stakeholder alignment.

  • Exceptional proficiency in converting strategic organizational objectives into robust system architectures and highly structured product specifications.
