This is an integral role within the company and the processing team with a focus on processing new applications and static/adviser updates in the Fund Services businesses.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

  • Monitoring and conducting investigations of customers' accounts following AML, CTF AND KYC standards

  • Support the regulatory requirements of the on- boarding of customers, ensuring that the required ID documents have been requested from new and existing customers

  • Liaising with Internal stakeholders to collect any additional information required to progress with investigations

  • Prompt escalation of issues / risks identified within specified SLAs

  • Set up of new advisers and dealer groups

  • Update client data for existing clients

  • Process deceased estate accounts and ensure all relevant teams are informed of changes if applicable

  • Work with offshore processing team on a regular basis ensuring all relevant documents are registered and processed

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role

  • Strong business and analytical capabilities

  • Customer service focused

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
