As the Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end to end, high level and professional billing for our Managed Funds Administration and Finance Team. Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be liaising with multiple departments to generate invoices, as well as liaising with Relationship Managers regarding client enquiries. You will also play an integral part of an exciting project to automate our invoices.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Responsible for the monthly invoicing
Automation of current invoice process
Documentation of process guides
Assist and respond to Relationship Manager and client queries
Create and foster key relationships with MFA Operations team and Group Finance
What you will bring:
A strong understanding of accounting principles
Experience with project work and implementing new processes
Excellent Excel skills
Great communication and client relationship skills
