The Head of Client Operations is responsible for :
The provision of administration services to APRA regulated superannuation clients inline with contractual obligations as a material outsourced service provider.
Ensuring that the services delivered are efficient, effective and compliant and drive administration effectiveness including the support of reviews into the service.
Representing the superannuation administration offering in relation to new business and growth opportunities.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Overall leadership of superannuation administrators, providing direction, and guidance to ensure the team delivers quality service to clients.
Identify people, process, and quality improvements to lower the cost to serve.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to superannuation administration and related services
Work with each client to understand relationship status and ensure the client voice is an input to the ways of working within the administration operation.
Support the growth of the Client Operations team by participating in new business development opportunities
Prepare and contribute to reports for client funds including Trustee Boards and internally to the COO and senior management on the performance of the client operations team.
Financial performance of the team and its contribution to overall financial performance of the Operations team.
