  • Scheduling and coordinating leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking

  • Supporting executive reviews, board presentations and leadership forums

  • Ensuring follow-ups and key actions from leadership meetings are captured and progressed

  • Planning and coordinating team events such as Town Halls, offsites, AMAs and business forums

  • Assisting with the coordination of leadership initiatives and strategic projects

  • Tracking key activities, milestones and deliverables across the Wealth leadership program of work

  • Supporting process improvements, tools and templates that enhance operational efficiency

What you will bring

  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leaders

  • Excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business

  • Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom and collaboration platforms

  • A calm, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Why work with us?

  • Hybrid working

  • Generous cash bonus for every successful referral

  • Starting school leave - 8.5 days of leave to assist your children with the transition to school

  • Up to 26 weeks’ paid parental leave for primary carers (up to 4 weeks for secondary carers), and the ability to work part-time when returning to work

  • 3 days’ paid leave per year to participate in charity initiatives

  • Discounted health insurance premiums
