What You’ll Do:
Make a difference: Be responsible for the VIS Agreement and maintenance of ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for Retail sale to enable profitable growth within region. This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance.
Collaborate: Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building:
- Visit customers according to prescribed call pattern
- Timely communication of relevant issues to Sales Representatives and Field/Regional Sales Manager
Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate call cycle compliance. With efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours. And Commit to an active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standards
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated high standards of oral and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer base
- Proven ability to develop & maintain customer/business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Numerical literacy
- Territory – Perth, mainly Metro locations
